ü  Must meet SBA size standards

ü  Must be in business for at least 1 year

ü  Must be profitable within US market

ü  Must understand costs associated and have strategic export plan

ü  Company pays the initial cost and submits an invoice to World Trade Center Arkansas for reimbursement
